Caprese Stuffed Chicken Packets

Tonight I tried this new recipe for Caprese Stuffed Chicken.
 I love the flavor of Caprese; Fresh Mozzarella, Tomatoes, Basil... Usually thought of as a salad, but was great in this dish.
