Cider Baked Pork w/ Apple & Fennel

It was really easy to make.  
And tasted really good too.

Just roast the veggies.

Then season and brown pork chops.

And finally put pork chops on top of veggies and pour a mustard cider sauce over top and roast again.

Really tasty!
