Turkey Cutlets with Barley


This recipe was so good. I definitely want to make it again. It was easy and tasty, you wouldn't even think of it as a healthy meal, but it is.
The barley is plain enought that even the picky eaters in the household liked it. Barley is a great alternative to rice.

I seasoned the turkey first with Natures Seasonings.
Also I always add the onions first alone and give them some extra cooking time.
I used a little more chicken broth then called for.
Overall really great!
