I have never made a slow cooker frittata before, but it was really easy and healthy.

I think next time I would definitely switch up the fillings; skip the artichoke, use fresh bell peppers, maybe some turkey sausage, different cheeses, and even try just egg whites.
The crusty edges were my favorite part.
