Browned Butter Flounder with Lemon Snap Peas

This is definitely the best way to cook fish, I loved the browned butter sauce with fresh parsley and lemon.  Of course you could leave that off all together if you are trying to be super healthy.
The snap peas too, I learned a new way to cook them - I loved the lemon and mint with it.

I served the fish and snap peas with this delicious Jasmine Rice Blend with split garbanzo beans and radish seeds. I thought it was great although my 4 year old daughter and my picky fiance didn't care much for the rice.
