Here's my recipe :
1 Rack of Lamb
1 tsp. Dried Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Dried Minced Onion
1 tsp. Sesame Seeds
1 tsp. Poppy Seeds
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
(Double if you have a larger rack)
Mix all ingredients and coat lamb all over.
Place lamb on rimmed Baking sheet, bones curving down. Bake at 450 for 18 -20 minutes. Let rest 8-10 minutes before eating / cutting.
